The Scale-up Suite general data service provides access to information you share with users that you define; this information typically relates to data that are available only inside your organization.  General data services are hosted inside your organization.  For more information about how to set up and use a general data service, see this KB Article.

Once your organization has created the necessary web service internally, connected this with the SuS data service and added you as an admin or user, you can retrieve (your proprietary) information using:

• the Catalist and Properties items in the Dynochem Excel ribbon
• the Catalist, Properties and Plaintext items in the Numero Office ribbon (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
