What are Equipment Data Services
The Scale-up Suite equipment data service (EDS) provides easy access to equipment information hosted at scale-up.com that you share with a list of users that you define and manage. Equipment data services are available though your Scale-up Account and are easy for your administrator(s) to populate by importing an Excel file in our standard format. For more information about how to set up and use an equipment data service, see the Vessel Update node in Dynochem help or follow this link to search the Resources website.
How can I use them?
Once your organization has imported equipment data to the service and made you an admin or a user, you can retrieve equipment information using:
- the Catalist and Properties items in the Dynochem Excel ribbon
- the Catalist, Properties and Plaintext items in the Numero Office ribbon (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- the Vessel Update item in the Dynochem Excel ribbon, when you are working inside a Dynochem vessel utility
- a web browser on any device, once you have signed in and are authenticated (try this link)
- watch this short YouTube (silent) video for a quick preview.
